REFUND POLICY

1. General principle

The products sold are mystery packages sold as is, with random contents accepted by the customer at the time of purchase.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Content dissatisfaction

  • Low value products

  • Defective items contained in the package


2. Accepted cases

A refund will only be granted in the following cases:

  • Package not received (carrier confirmation required)

  • Shipping error

  • Package arrived damaged before opening (photos required)


3. Procedure

All requests must be sent within 48 hours of receipt to:

With :

  • Order number

  • Pictures of the package

  • Precise description of the problem


4. Terms and Conditions

If the refund is accepted:

  • It will be done within 14 days

  • Using the same payment method
