These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on the Colis Mystère Box website relating to unopened parcels from customer returns from e-commerce platforms.
The customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation when validating their order.
The products sold are unopened mystery packages, sold as is.

Colis Mystère Box is neither an affiliate, nor an official partner, nor an authorized reseller of Amazon.
The term "Amazon return" refers only to the initial commercial origin of the packages.
The buyer accepts the random and uncertain nature of the content.
Prices are shown in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC).
Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.
Colis Mystère Box reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
Any order implies:

Full payment
A confirmation email is sent after validation.
Colis Mystère Box reserves the right to cancel an order in case of fraud or non-payment.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Parcels are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Colis Mystère Box cannot be held responsible:
carrier delays
of an incorrect address provided by the customer
The risk is transferred to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, due to the specific nature of mystery packages:
If the package has been opened, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied.
The product must be returned unopened, in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Given the random nature of the product:
No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction related to the content.
No exchanges will be accepted due to disappointment with the items received.
A refund will only be issued in the following cases:
obvious shipping error
of confirmed no receipt
of damaged package before opening (proof to be provided)
The legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply only within the limits compatible with the random nature of the product sold.
Since the products are sold in unspecified lots, the warranty cannot cover a specific item contained in the package.
Colis Mystère Box cannot be held responsible:
defects in the products contained in the packages
from misuse
indirect damage
Liability is limited to the amount of the order.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office.
